METHOD OF PREVENTING COUPLING NOISES IN A NON-VOLATILE MEMORY DEVICE CAPABLE OF PERFORMING READ-WHILE-WRITE OPERATIONS

PURPOSE: A coupling noise protection method of a nonvolatile memory device is provided to have a sensing margin regarding the read operation of a nonvolatile memory device by preventing the generation of coupling noise between a read data line and a write data line. CONSTITUTION: It is determined whether a rising edge in a write operation signal is within the activation period of a read operation signal(S120). A write operation signal is delayed according to a first time period when the rising edge in the write operation signal is within the activation period of the read operation signal(S140). It is determined whether a falling edge in the write operation signal is within the activation period of the read operation signal(S160). The write operation signal is extended according to a second time period when the falling edge in the write operation signal is within the activation period of the read operation signal(S180).
