PURPOSE: An auto focus camera module is provided to increase accuracy and response speed without giving restriction to the motion of a bobbin in an auto focus operation. CONSTITUTION: An auto focus camera module(10) includes a housing(20), a lens module(11), an actuator(30) and a damping member(60). The housing includes a base(21) and a cover(22), and the base is mounted at a printed circuit board(40). The cover forms a space portion through the combination with the base. The lens module is placed within the space portion, and the actuator drives a bobbin(31) and the lens module in the vertical direction. The damping member is placed between the lower portion of the bobbin and the base. |
