FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials. Proposed method comprises mixing Portland cement, fine filler, i.e. quartz sand, coarse filler, i.e. crushed stone or gravel, and water. Mixing of said components if performed in the following sequence: first, cement is mixed with fine filler with natural humidity of 3-5% in centrifugal mixer for 1-2 min. Then said mix is additionally humidified to maximum molecular humidity and produced loose mix with humidity of 5-8% is fed into concrete mixer.
