FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a device for cleaning cereals, in particular for the culling of grain cereals polluted by harmful substances, as well as to the accurate classification for several classes of grain. Method of grain cleaning by dry cleaning provides sorting of light grain, at that only mixed cleaning product (after treatment) is transported to the grader for light seeds, made with the ability to control the oncoming airflow. The device for cleaning cereals contains a dry cleaner and a grader for light seeds which has a sieve box, at least two tiers of sieves through which air passes from the bottom. The sieve box is equipped with at least one vibration actuator, and each sieve tier contains a device for final separation, which has a perforated sheet made with the ability of adjusting with variable surface. ^ EFFECT: prepared by the method of the invention, the wheat has a small amount of mycotoxin and provides a high total yield of flour. ^ 10 cl, 2 dwg |
