FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of building materials, specifically to compositions of non-clinker binder based on boiler (coal) slag from burning coal, which may be used in making concrete and reinforced concrete articles, mortar and dry construction mixtures.
