摘要 FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: milk product sample is boiled during 15 s, then the sample is transferred into a dark china vessel and cooled during predominantly no more than 30 minutes. Then one empties the vessel by pouring the contents over its brim with slow uniform rotary movements; after thorough drying of the inside surface of the said vessel at room temperature one visually reviews for presence or absence of sediment at its bottom; by presence of sediment in the form of small white "grains" one concludes on presence of reconstituted milk admixture in the sample under study in an amount of no more than 20% of the total product volume. ^ EFFECT: invention allows of immediate qualitative evaluation of milk products naturalness and detection of presence or absence of milk admixture reconstituted of dry defatted milk in pasteurised milk, particularly - for determination of its suitability for cheese production.
