The invention proposed relates to measuring equipment, in particular to area of measurement of torsional vibrations of rotor machines, with drive shafting of turbo-units, and can be used in set of systems of vibro-diagnostics. Device for contact-less measurement of torsional vibrations of rotary shaft includes contact-less measuring transformers that are installed in the first and the second planes of radial cross section, first and second amplifiers, adder, formers of sinusoidal and cosinusoidal signals and phase detector, at that the first measuring transformer is installed in front of mark applied to the shaft in plane of the first cross section and the second and the third ones – in radial planes of second cross section in area of contact ring with screw one-thread groove that is on the shaft. Use of the device for contact-less measurement of torsional vibrations of rotary shaft promotes safe and reliable operation of turbo-units. |
