PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to ensure good blue luminous efficiency, lifetime property of materials, and to prepare an organic electroluminescent diode with excellent driving durability. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1-R3 are (C1-C60) alkyl, (C1-C60) alkoxy, (C6-C60) aryl, (C2-C60) heteroaryl or (C3-C60) cycloalkyl; X1, X2, Y1 and Y2 are independently chemical bond, -(CR4R5)a-, -N(R6)-, -Si(R7)(R8)-, -O-, -S-, -Se-, -P(R9)- or -(R10)C=C(R11)-; and Ar1 and Ar2 are independently chemical bond, (C6-C60) arylene or (C2-C60) heteroarylene.
