PURPOSE: An LED package is provided to prevent the rising of a white reflection layer which is charged in a first cavity by forming a second cavity, which has larger width than the first cavity, in the upper part of the first cavity. CONSTITUTION: A first cavity(11) has a light emitting device mounting region on a bottom surface. The light emitting device is mounted on the light emitting device mounting region. A white reflection layer(22) is formed to cover the side of the light emitting device and the inner side and bottom side of the first cavity. The white reflection layer is formed to be round inward.
