PURPOSE: A spirally wound reverse osmotic filter is provided to maintain the adhesive force of a polymer fabric to an adhesive, by controlling the content rate of an epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION: A spirally wound reverse osmotic filter(100) comprises the following: a mesh(110) inducing the flow of polluted water to the longitudinal direction of the filter; the filtering film(120) filtering the polluted water flowing through the mesh; a polymer fabric(130) forming a space to flow the filtered water; and a water collecting pipe(140) discharging the filtered water transferred from the polymer fabric.
