FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurosurgery and traumatology and can be applied for modelling of stabilising metal constructions in operations on spine. Degree of spine injury is determined by systematisation of data of X-ray computer and magnetic-resonance tomography. Measurement parametres for calculation of implant model: thickness and height of vertebra arch pedicle, length of each screw rod, length of connecting bar are determined. Necessary measurements are processed and data are brought into table. In accordance with obtained parametres from implant catalogue suitable element of stabilising metal construction is selected. By means of computer program superimposion of obtained three-dimensional model of stabilising metal construction and computer tomography image of patient's spine segment is performed. ^ EFFECT: method allows to reduce probability of technical mistakes during operation and further complications associated with them. ^ 3 dwg |
