<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive paste composition which is inexpensive and enables to form a thin-film, high-definition pattern with a low resistance value on a glass substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive paste composition comprises: a conductive component (A) comprising (A1) 30-5 wt.% of aluminum powder and (A2) 70-95 wt.% of at least one selected from aluminum alloy powders and zinc powder; an alkali-soluble resin (C); a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (D); and a photopolymerization initiator (E). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
