<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an appearance property of a product by reducing air trapping on its surface in a molding process of a foamed resin molded product in which air is injected after the mold clamping of a movable mold and a fixed mold, further the injection filling of a foaming resin material is carried out by opening the movable mold and starting a foaming reaction to mold the product in a required shape. <P>SOLUTION: After the mold clamping of a mold 40, the injection of air into a product cavity C is continued through a first air injection tube 71 until a cooling step. Then, after the injection filling of a foaming resin material M, a thin air layer A is formed through a second air injection tube 72 forcibly between a mold surface of a movable mold 50 and a product surface of a foamed resin molded product 20 while ejecting air out from a mold periphery seal 80 by the mold-opening operation of the movable mold 50 by air pressure in the product cavity C kept between 0.3-1.0 MPa and consequently unfavorable appearance is prevented by keeping the appearance property uniform all over the surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
