PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw cutting device with improved productivity and a cutting method of a workpiece. SOLUTION: The wire saw cutting device includes: a moving means moving a work stage in a linear direction by a work stage control part; a first cutting means reciprocating a first wire by a first wire control part; and a second cutting means reciprocating a second wire by a second wire control part. When a space where the work stage can be moved is defined as a movement space, the first wire hung between neighboring first wire rollers nearest from the work stage and the second wire hung between the neighboring first wire rollers nearest from the work stage are disposed in the movement space at positions where they are in parallel with a main surface of the work stage and are vertical with the linear direction of the movement of the work stage, and the first wire hung between the first wire rollers is orthogonal to the second wire hung between second wire rollers.
