PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor efficiently performing load distribution when performing information processing by use of a plurality of processors (information processing parts) in parallel. SOLUTION: This information processor includes: the plurality of information processors; and a load distribution device distributing the information processing of each stream to any information processing part and making the information processing be executed. A load distribution control device controlling contents of the load distribution in the load distribution device has: a means holding a processing restriction time and prediction required time about information processing of a frame of the stream related to a start request when receiving the start request of the information processing of the stream; and a means determining the information processing part to be made to take charge of the information processing of the stream related to the start request at least by use of the held prediction required time and processing restriction time.
