PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and economically perform an operation for applying a building load on an existing pile in a short period of time, and to efficiently construct a new building. SOLUTION: In this method for forming the building, a new pile P1 of the new building B1 is installed while remaining the existing pile P0 of an existing building B0, and the new building B1 is formed so that existing pile P0 and the new pile P1 can bear the load of the new building B1. The new building B1 is constructed by an inverted construction method. The formation of the new building B1 is progressed while only the new pile P1 bearing the load, and in a process of forming of an underground section, the existing pile P0 also bears the load within a range in which the load does not exceed the allowable bearing capacity of the existing pile P0.
