PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance storage stability of a polymerizable mixture comprising a phthalocyanine complex salt and a vinyl monomer. SOLUTION: The polymerizable mixture comprises the phthalocyanine complex salt, the vinyl monomer, and a mercaptan, and further contains, if required, a phosphine, wherein the polymerizable mixture contains 1-100 pts.mass of the mercaptan based on 100 pts.mass of the phthalocyanine complex salt, and at least 60 mass% of the vinyl monomer therein.
