PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device of a folding bike capable of minimizing the time and labor for separating a hinge body while being capable of favorably coupling and separating a front body and a rear body of a folding bike. SOLUTION: The coupling device includes: a pair of hinge bodies 6, 7 which are provided in a frame pipe 3A, 3B of the folding bike, and can be opened and closed around a hinge shaft 4; a turning shaft 11 which is freely turnably supported by the hinge body 6, and has an eccentric shaft part; a hinge lever 12 which rotates the turning shaft 11 in an integrated manner; a constriction coupling body 13 which is rotatably pivoted on the eccentric shaft part of the turning shaft 11 at a proximal end side thereof, wherein an engagement part 17 engaged with the other hinge body 7 is provided at a distal end side thereof; and a stopper 21 which is arranged in the constriction coupling body 13, and can enter into and exit from a rotating passage of the hinge lever 12 to prevent the hinge lever 12 from turning from a coupling attitude to a separation attitude.
