<p>A method, an apparatus and a device for adjusting resource delegation in a network are provided in the present invention. The coordination and management of resources by a first network device and a second network device enables the second network device to release, according to a resource delegation adjustment request message and the resource delegation information carried therein, the resources occupied by its services which can be preempted, and allocate the resources to the services which request the resources and have a higher priority. This resolves the problem of insufficient resources leading to unmet resource needs for higher priority services, improves resources utilization efficiency and enhances the user experience.</p> |
