<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart device and an electronic medical chart program which specify a person who performs predetermined processing to an electronic medical chart. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic medical chart device is provided with: a user information storage part 041 which preliminarily stores combination of identification information and authentication information of a plurality of users; a second display control part 012 which displays a login picture for inputting the identification information and the authentication information on a display part 071 upon receiving a predetermined processing request at a state that a login request or login is performed from an input part 072; a determination part 003 which determines whether or not combination of the identification information and the authentication information matches to the combination stored in the user information storage part 041 when the combination is input in the login picture; a processing performance part 006 which performs predetermined processing when the input combination matches to the stored combination; and a history storage part 042 which stores history information including at least information on the processing content of the predetermined processing and the input identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
