PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein a through-hole is arranged on a shaft cylinder which plays the role of a lid body, and an elastic resin and/or a viscous object are inserted from the through-hole, and in this case, when the viscosity of the elastic resin or the viscous object is comparatively high, the leakage from the through-hole is prevented from occurring, however, when the viscosity is low such as right after the insertion, or in the case of a material which maintains a low viscosity with time, there is risk for the leakage from the through-hole, and room for the development is left. SOLUTION: This shaft body is formed of two or more barrel cylinders by inserting one in the other and bringing them into contact. In the shaft body, the contact section between the barrel cylinders is bonded, and at the same time, a fine solid body and/or an elastic resin and/or a viscous object are arranged between the barrel cylinders and/or in a space arranged in the barrel cylinders. The through-hole communicating with the space section is formed on at least one barrel cylinder, and at the same time, a plug body for closing the through-hole is arranged for the shaft body.
