摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an organic EL device capable of manufacturing a plurality of organic EL elements with high characteristics by a printing method. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the organic EL device wherein a plurality of organic EL elements respectively having a pair of electrodes, a light-emitting layer arranged between electrodes, and a neighboring layer arranged between the electrodes by neighboring the light-emitting layer are manufactured on a substrate, the manufacturing method for an organic EL device includes a substrate preparation process of preparing the substrate where one of the pair of electrodes is arranged, a neighboring layer formation process, a light-emitting layer formation process of forming a light-emitting layer with a printing method by using an ink including a material used as a light-emitting layer, and a process of forming the other electrode between the pair of electrodes. Oxygen concentration and moisture concentration in a substrate atmosphere from starting of the neighboring layer formation process to completion of the light-emitting layer formation process are respectively maintained at less than atmospheric concentration as a volume ratio.
