PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooker satisfactory in cooking by cooking a fine dish while preventing overcooking and shortening a cooking time. SOLUTION: The heat radiation of a heater is controlled by detecting the heat radiation of the heater, the inside of a heating chamber 1 is ventilated by an air blower 13, and an exhaust passage 14 is formed downward toward an exhaust outlet 51 so that ventilation is not enhanced at the stop of an operation of the air blower 13 to prevent radiation from the heating chamber and the lowering of a temperature by the ventilation, thus preheating in a short time and a temperature rise in a short time become possible. As a power distribution ratio of the heater is increased to improve an effect by radiation heat, and the temperature in the heating chamber 1 can be stabilized in cooking, the cooker capable of exerting high cooking performance and shortening a cooking time can be provided.
