PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high oxygen concentration gas manufacturing device capable of manufacturing gas containing high concentration oxygen by a simple system. SOLUTION: This device manufactures gas containing oxygen of higher concentration than air, includes a nitrogen separating part 11 including a separation film separating nitrogen from air, a storage part 13 storing separation gas from which nitrogen is separated at the nitrogen separating part 11, and a magnetic unit 15 disposed in a pipe 12 providing communication between the storage part 13 and the nitrogen separation part 11 and applying magnetism to the separation gas passing through an inside of the pipe 12. Since nitrogen is separated from air by the separation film, high separation efficiency is maintained. Since the separation gas passes through a magnetic field before the same is stored in the storage part 13, influence of the magnetic field is applied on stored gas. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
