PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress device for measuring the stress during a dialogue between speakers on both sides. SOLUTION: The stress measuring device includes: a voice input part for inputting the voices of speakers having a dialogue; a stress presence determining part for analyzing the voice input signal and determining whether the stress is present or not; and a stress level determining part for classifying the stress level based on the result, "the stress is present", determined by the stress determining part. The presence of stress is determined based on superimposing data of speech of both speakers, and if the determination result is "the stress is present", the stress level of the respective speakers can be determined, further using speech frequency data and accumulated speech time data.
