PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the shape of a spring because the spring is larger than a spring space in the case of a spiral spring due to the limited spring space in a displacement type fluid motor or a rotary engine in a high-pressure and high-temperature location, and to form a spring resistant to heat because the spring is not resistant to heat. SOLUTION: Several sheets and several sets of disk plate springs of optional aspect shape of plates are provided, and the center parts are provided with small posts every other set. The adjacent sets provided with the small posts are provided with hollow outer ring spacers of optional shape every other set. The disk plate springs on the stress part side and disk plate springs on the reaction part side are provided with small posts, and the respective small posts, stress parts and reaction force parts are pressed. To increase the repulsion force of the disk plate springs, disk plate springs have to be added, and if necessary, the disk plate springs are provided with cooling means and cooled.
