PURPOSE: A data storing device and a data storing system including the same are provided to maintain a farmware download function and to effectively preventing the attack to the security code. CONSTITUTION: A data storage unit(100) includes a CDB(Command Descriptor Block)(110), a controller(130) and a switching circuit(190). An instruction technical engineer block stores the instruction outputted from a host(200). The controller controls access operation of data based on the stored instruction of the instruction technical engineer block. A switching circuit selectively offers the outputted instruction of the host to the controller.
