PURPOSE: A multipurpose exercise device is provided, which makes composite exercise possible in a small/narrow place and prevents waste of unnecessary cost. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose exercise device comprises: a body portion(100) in which a detachable handle is formed in the front upper side; a front rail(200) which is formed extendly in the front longitudinal direction; a seat plate(300) which is formed into a plate shape and is combined in order to slide forward and backward on the front rail; right and left rails(400,400') which are hinge-coupled in order to turn at right angle and are respectively extended in the longitudinal direction; footrest members(500) which are respectively combined on the right and left rails and slide on the right and left rails; and a waist twister(600) which is exposed to outside.
