PURPOSE: A lighting emitting sheet is provided to allow a user to adhere the device to any surface by being manufactured in the form of a tape. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device(20) is installed on one side of a base member in a desired pattern. A power supply unit(60) supplies power to the light emitting device. An adhesive layer(40) is coated on a circuit and light emitting device and the surface of the base member. A cover is attached to the top side of the adhesive layer. A conductive line(21) has an end which is contacted with the power supply unit through a power controller.
