<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell seal structure advantageous for restraining the risk that a thickness portion constituting a seal portion is bitten into a boundary between the first separator and the second separator. <P>SOLUTION: This structure includes the first separator 3 having the first seal groove 5, the seal portion 6 arranged in the first seal groove 5 of the first separator 3, and the second separator 4 layered on the first separator 3 and having the second seal groove 7 for deforming crushingly the seal portion 6.
