<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk that destroys or eliminates data of copyrighted works or content of music, video or the like when a certain period elapses, to protect them, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk includes a reflection film comprising an alloy including at least aluminum and a metal having reactivity with the aluminum.
