MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MODIFIED CONJUGATIVE DIENE-BASED POLYMER, MODIFIED CONJUGATIVE DIENE-BASED POLYMER, RUBBER COMPOSITION, AND PNEUMATIC TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified conjugative diene-based polymer which is more excellent in low exothermic property and does not generate a volatile organic compound (VOC); a manufacturing method for the same; a rubber composition using the same; and a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a modified conjugative diene-based polymer includes: (a) a step of producing the conjugative diene base polymer having a polysiloxane block introduced with a terminal silanol group, in which step a siloxane compound is reacted with the active terminus of the conjugative diene base polymer to modify; and (b) a step of carrying out a condensation reaction in which the silanol group takes part in the presence of a condensation accelerator. The invention provides the modified conjugative diene-based polymer obtained by the method, the rubber composition containing the modified conjugative diene-based polymer, and the pneumatic tire produced by using the rubber composition as a tire material.
