<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, early and surely preventing only either a development cartridge or a photoreceptor cartridge from being mounted to an image forming apparatus body in a configuration, where the development cartridge can be attached and removed to and from the photoreceptor cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: A pressing member 50, provided on a drum cartridge 18, is located in a first position, when the development cartridge 19 is separated from the drum cartridge 18, and is located in a second position, when the development cartridge 19 is mounted to the drum cartridge 18. In a body casing 2, a passage-detecting part 62 is disposed at a fourth position, when the drum cartridge 18 mounted with the development cartridge 19 is mounted on the body casing 2 and the pressing member 50 is located in a second position. A CPU 90 decides that the drum cartridge 18 mounted with the development cartridge 19 is mounted on the body casing 2, when the passage detecting part 62 is located in the fourth position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
