发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FORMING FERRITE COATING ON MEMBER WHICH CONSTITUTES NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming ferrite coating containing zinc on a member constituting a nuclear power plant which further shortens the time required to form the ferrite coating containing zinc. SOLUTION: Both ends of a circulation pipe of a coating forming device are connected to recirculation pipes made of stainless steel in a BWR plant (S1). Chemical decontamination is conducted by supplying a decontamination liquid from the coating forming device into the recirculation pipes (S2). The temperature of the water flowing through the recirculation pipe (or a coating forming water solution) is raised to 60 to 100°C (S3). A mixed drug solution of ferric (II) ions, zinc ions, hydrogen peroxide and hydrazine is poured into the water flowing through the recirculation pipes (S4). Thereafter, this water solution is led into the recirculation pipes to form ferrite coating containing zinc on the inner surface of them. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
