PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem, wherein conventionally it has been hard to accurately adjust white balance in the case where a subject being photographed, under the condition where frequent switchings occur between sunny and shady states of the subject. SOLUTION: The present invention is such that by a white balance information storage means in which a plurality of sets of information indicating an illuminated state of a subject and white balance adjustment data are stored, a selecting means for selecting at least two sets from among the plurality of sets of information indicating an illuminated state of the subject and the white balance adjustment data, an illuminated state acquiring means for acquiring information indicating an illuminated state of the subject at the time of photographing, and a determining means for referring to at least two sets selected by the selecting means and determining that at least one piece of white balance adjustment data, corresponding to information indicating an illuminated state acquired by the illuminated state acquiring means, is regarded as a piece of white balance adjustment data of a photographed image.
