PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor preventing shipping of a product of which performances are deteriorated due to incorrect assembly of a tip seal. SOLUTION: In this scroll compressor, tip seals 17A, 17B, 18A, 18B of different lengths are incorporated on tip surfaces of a fixed scroll shape lap of a fixed scroll and a turning scroll shape lap of a turning scroll. Thicknesses T2, T3 of the tip seals 17A, 18A of which lengths are shorter in tip seals 17A, 17B, 18A and 18B are set thicker than thicknesses T1, T4 of the tip seals 17B, 18B of which length is longer. Depths D1 or D4 of seal grooves 14F, 14G, 15F and 15G in which the tip seals 17A, 17B, 18A and 18B are incorporated respectively are set to different depths corresponding to thicknesses T1 or T4 of the tip seals.
