PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform positioning of a plurality of workpieces with positioning holes having different diameters with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The clamping device 10 has a cylinder portion 16 disposed in a body 12 so as to be displaceable by the supply of the pressure fluid. A piston 14 and a piston rod 34 which constitute the cylinder portion 16 are connected to a clamp arm 66 and rotate the clamp arm 66 by the displacement action of the piston 14. A cylinder tube 32, a head cover 20, and a rod cover 22 incorporating the piston 14 therein are displaced upward by the supply of the pressure fluid so that sub-locating pins 56 are protruded to outer peripheral sides of a locating portion 82 that locates the workpiece. The plurality of the sub-locating pins 56 are inserted into the positioning holes of the workpiece, allowing the workpiece to be positioned. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
