PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiver in which an equipment unit assembled to a back surface cabinet is shifted to the side of a front surface cabinet after the front surface cabinet is integrated with the back surface cabinet and formed into a product, and which therefore allows disassembly inspection to be advantageously performed and responds to the request of reducing a product cost by manufacture transfer. SOLUTION: In the structure of fitting a fitting projection 4 provided on the front surface cabinet 1 and a fitting projection 5 provided on the back surface cabinet 2 to a fitting hole 36 provided on the boss part 34 of a speaker unit from both sides and fixing them, the fitting projection 5 includes a plurality of support ribs 51 radially projected from a center column 50 and is fitted to the fitting hole 36 at the distal ends of the support ribs 51, and the fitting projection 4 includes a cylindrical shape provided with slit-like missing parts 40 on circumferential direction positions corresponding to the support ribs 51 and is fitted to the fitting hole 36 on the entire periphery excluding the missing parts 40.
