PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooker satisfactory in making a fine dish by preventing overcooking, and to shorten a preheating time in the cooker. SOLUTION: Heater radiation heat is controlled by directly detecting and controlling temperatures of an upper heater 2 and a lower heater 3, high cooking performance can be stably exerted by increasing a power distribution ratio of the heaters and improving an effect by the radiation heat by ventilating the inside of a heating chamber 1 by an air blower 13, and the cooker of a short preheating time is provided by stopping the air blower 13 during the preheating.
