PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire for emergency by which the occurrence of manufacturing defect can be suppressed and the weight is reduced. SOLUTION: The tire for emergency 10 includes a carcass ply 14 composed of a plurality of ply cords 14A coated with a coating rubber and wound back around a bead core 12 buried in each of bead parts 16 from the inner side toward the outer side of the tire and a wire chafer 18 composed of a plurality of wires 18A coated with the coating rubber and arranged in the bead part 16 along the surface of the carcass ply 14 opposite to the bead core 12. A rubber gauge between the ply cord 14A and the wire 18A is thinner than a rubber gauge between the wire 18A and the surface of the bead part 16, thereby suppressing the occurrence of manufacturing defect and reducing the weight.
