PURPOSE: A cosmetic active formulation containing polyphenol plant extract of high content is provided ensure antioxidation effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic formulation contains polyphenol-rich plant extract by mixing hydrous and adsorbing agent. The plant extract is polyphenol-rich flavonoids, isoflavonoids, anthocyanins or mixture thereof. The plant extract is rose extract having high antocyanine content. The extract is obtained by contacting the plant with polar solvent or mixture of polar solvent, such as water, alcohol of C1-C4 or glycol of C2-C6. A cosmetic composition contains the mixture of hydrous or absorbing agent polyphenol-rich plant extract and cosmetically acceptable excipient. |
