PURPOSE: A communication device, a mobile terminal, a communication system, a non-contact communication device, a network connection method, and a program thereof are provided to safely or simply perform payment. CONSTITUTION: When payment is completed by a payment processing unit(110), an authentication information recording unit writes authentication provided from another device in a non-contact communication device. An authentication processing unit reads the authentication information from the non-contact communication device. The authentication processing unit authenticates another device using the authentication information. The authentication processing unit sets network connection by a wireless communication unit(108).
