<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method and a measuring device using the same, capable of easily measuring an analytical object in an object sample with a high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The measuring method capable of easily measuring the analytical object in the object sample with the high sensitivity, includes the steps of assuming an amount of antibodies having reacted with the analytical object to be an amount of many electron carriers to be held onto double-stranded nucleic acid; modifying the antibodies with the double-stranded nucleic acid; and disposing helicase; thereby allowing response amplification at the time of detecting the amount of antibodies to be measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
