PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a vehicle-mounted high pressure tank that shortens the time required for completely curing a fiber-reinforced plastic material. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes steps for preparing a liner equipped with a resistance heating element (steps S01-S04), a step for winding the fiber-reinforced plastic material around the liner (step S05) and steps for curing the fiber-reinforced plastic material to make a fiber-reinforced plastic layer (steps S06-S10); wherein the resistance heating element is made to generate heat in the course of curing the fiber-reinforced plastic material.
