<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center system wherein security is strengthened more. <P>SOLUTION: An operation management device 130 receives the position information of a GPS terminal 202 corresponding to a home operation terminal 200 of an authentication processing object in response to the reception of authentication information from the home operation terminal 200. Then, the operation management device 130 refers to an authentication information storage part wherein the authentication information of the home operation terminal whose authentication is permitted and the position information of the GPS terminal corresponding to the home operation terminal are stored in association, determines whether or not the authentication information and the position information corresponding to the authentication information received from the home operation terminal 200 of the authentication processing object and the position information of the GPS terminal 202 are stored in association in the authentication information storage part, and permits the authentication of the home operation terminal 200 of the authentication processing object when they are stored in association. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
