PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on a user during user authentication and the operating cost of a service provider.

SOLUTION: A user terminal 1 includes a storage unit 10 that stores an access log including information on services used by a user after user authentication, a service request unit 11 that sends a network connection request to a log authentication server 2, and an access log response unit 12 that responds to a response request from the log authentication server 2 based on the access log stored in the storage unit 10. The log authentication server 2 includes a storage unit 20 storing an access log for every user, a response request unit 21 providing a predetermined response request to the user terminal 1, and a log authentication unit 22 that performs user authentication by determining whether or not the response from the user terminal 1 satisfies the condition requested in the response request, based on the access log of the user of the user terminal 1 stored in the storage unit 20.
