PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive member for water treatment and a water treatment device capable of stably mixing additive components into water. SOLUTION: Additive units 3 each of which is formed by stacking a paste-like additive component 2 on a surface 1a of a film base 1 are used so as to permit the stable mixing of the additive components 2 into water.
