PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the substantial load is applied to a care giver to move a care receiver between a wheelchair and a bed. SOLUTION: The wheel chair is characterized by arranging a function to transfer the care receiver to the state where the legs are raised while laying on the back in a sitting posture. The groove of the bed in which a pipe can be received is arranged in a bed upper part 1, the sheet of a backrest covers the bed by falling down the backrest and the pipe 7 of the backrest is received in the groove of the bed. The state where the care receiver sits on the wheelchair 3 can be shifted to the state where the legs are raised while laying on the back on the bed. A bed lower part 5 is attached to the wheelchair 3 thereafter and the legs are lowered, thereby the state of sitting on the wheelchair can be shifted to the state of lying on the bed, consequently it is possible to eliminate the operation for the care giver to move the care receiver between the wheelchair and the bed while holding the care receiver in care giver's arms.
