PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure operated rotary displacement pump, which can be relatively easily manufactured while reducing noise, and thus can be reduced in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A gear for the high-pressure operated rotary displacement pump is characterized such that a tooth form of each tooth of the gear falls in a tolerance range of±1/20 of tooth depth, with respect to a theoretical tooth form similar to a tooth form defined by a natural spline function passing through a plurality of nodal points having predefined coordinates (X, Y).
