METHOD FOR PREPARING SOYBEAN MILK USING METAL GRINDING DISC AND METAL GRINDING DISC OF SOYBEAN GRINDING MACHINE SPECIALLY USED FOR SAID METHOD

A method for preparing soybean milk using metal grinding disc and metal grinding disc of soybean grinding machine specially used for said method. The metal grinding disc used for said method comprises fixed and movable grinding disc, coniform cavity of fixed and movable grinding disc forms coarse crushing cavity whose working faces set impact slips and grooves. Peripheral portion of fixed and movable grinding discs form broken wall region which sets broken wall blocks and broken wall grooves. Soybean milk outlet lies in external rim of fixed and movable grinding discs. Vanes are set on the movable grinding disc. The immersed soybean is coarse crushed into crude soybean milk by centrifugal force in coarse crushing cavity, while movable grinding disc is running at high speed, further the cell wall of crude soybean milk is broken through high speed impact of broken wall blocks and grooves of grinding disc to extract soybean cytoplasm.
